大型薄壁铝合金舱体铸件裂纹分析及试验研究

采用常规理化检查及电子显微镜对大型薄壁铝合金舱体铸件断口进行了研究,并对该类铸件裂纹产生的原因进行了试验研究与机理分析,确定了合理的解决措施和方法.结果表明,通过优化合金熔炼质量、浇冒系统、舱体结构,控制浇注系统工艺参数及变形等措施,降低了氧化夹杂,消除了裂纹,最终得到满足性能要求的舱体铸件.
Crack Analysis and Research of Large-scale Thin-wall Cabin Body Castings of Aluminum Alloy
The fracture of a large-scale thin-wall cabin body casting of aluminum alloy was studied by conventional physicochemical examination and electronic microscope.The formation mechanism of cracks in the casting were researched and analyzed.And the reasonable measures against cracks were determined.The results show that,by the measurement of optimizing smelting quality,pouring system and cabin body structure,and controlling the process parameters of pouring system and the deformation of cabin body,the manufactured cabin body castings meet the performance requirement,in which oxide inclusion is reduced and the crack is eliminated.
