对体育器材用7055合金进行了固溶+时效的热处理工艺研究,对比分析了双级固溶处理和单级固溶处理下合金力学性能和组织的变化,并在优化的固溶处理工艺下进行时效工艺的研究.结果表明,对比二次固溶处理和单次固溶处理制度可见,双级固溶处理后体育器材可以取得较好的强度与塑性;体育器材用7055合金型材适宜的固溶时效热处理制度为:460℃×2 h+480℃×2 h+室温水冷+130℃×24 h.
Heat Treatment Process of 7055 Alloy Profiles for Sports Equipment
Solid solution and aging heat treatment process of 7055 alloy used for sports equipment were researched,the mechanical properties and microstructures of the alloys after two-stage solid solution treatment and single-stage solid solution treatment were compared and analyzed.The results show that the alloy can achieve better strength and plasticity after two-stage solution treatment.The suitable solution aging treatment process for 7055 alloy is 460 ℃ ×2 h+480 ℃ ×2 h+room temperature water cooling +130 ℃×24 h.
