摘要
当前工量具企业在进行钢卷尺切带生产中,普遍使用半自动切零位系统.该系统由于使用人眼瞄准,所以存在着劳动强度高,切带精度不稳定等问题.为此提出了基于视频分划的动态瞄准技术.动态瞄准技术以视频行场同步信号为基础生成视频分划横竖线,从而可实现钢卷尺零位的动态自动瞄准.瞄准控制系统包括视频分划线的动态生成,被测对象的位置识别和动态视频瞄准功能.目前,该技术已应用于钢卷尺切带的生产实践中,切带精度优于±0.1 mm,切带速度为2~3 s/条.
Abstract
The semi -automatic system of steel tape's zero cutting was common used in the production of tools & measures enterprises. Problems of high labor intensity and unstable precision appeared because of collimation with human eyes in the system. So this paper proposed a technology of dynamic collimation based on video graduation. Horizontal line and Vertical line were generated based on row and scene synchronization signals in this technology. Thus dynamic automatic collimation of the zero position was realized. The collimation control system features the functions of video graduation lines dynamic generating, position identify and dynamic collimation of detected object. By applying in practice, the technique realizes the cutting precision of 0. 1 mm, and the cutting speed of 2 -3 s/tape.
