偏心轴工件磨削X-C联动关系模型研究

摘要
提出基于平面刚体运动的偏心轴轮廓磨削曲柄滑块运动模型.运用矢量方法对做平面刚体运动的砂轮和偏心轴进行了运动关系分析,给出了偏心轴磨削X-C联动关系模型.通过推导砂轮中心轨迹线等距包络出的轮廓曲线至偏心圆中心距离恒定的结论,证明按此关系模型联动,砂轮包络出的轮廓即偏心轴轮廓;RV减速器偏心轴零件加工过程仿真也表明X-C位置联动关系模型的正确性.
Abstract
In this paper,we propose a model of grinding crankshaft slider based on plane rigid body motion.The motion relationship between the grinding wheel and the eccentric shaft of the plane rigid body is analyzed by using the vector method.The X-C linkage model of the eccentric shaft grinding is given.By deducing the contour curve of the center line of the grinding wheel from the center of the eccentric circle,it is proved that the contour of the grinding wheel is the contour of the eccentric shaft.The process of the eccentric shaft part of the RV reducer being simulated also shows the correctness of the X-C position linkage model.
