摘要

针对目前引进型重型燃机压气机缸,中分面法兰定位结构定位效果较差、加工变形偏大、加工精度不够稳定、装配精度保证困难等研制问题,文章提出了中分面法兰定位结构的优化、制造工艺的完善技术方案,提高了设计质量,保证了制造精度.

Abstract

In view of the current development problems of the introduced heavy-duty gas turbine compressor cylinder,such as poor positioning effect of the positioning structure of the surface flange,large processing deformation,unstable processing accuracy,and difficulty in ensuring assembly accuracy,the optimization of the positioning structure of the surface flange and the improvement of the manufac-turing process were proposed to improve the design quality and ensure the manufacturing accuracy.
