超声辅助金刚石线锯复合切割技术的研究进展

摘要
硬脆材料与复合材料等高性能材料在多个领域广泛应用,其切割主要采用金刚石线锯加工技术.近年来,对切割加工质量和效率的要求不断提高,超声辅助金刚石线锯复合切割技术逐渐发展起来.超声辅助金刚石线锯复合切割技术提高了锯切效率和加工表面质量,延长了锯丝服役寿命,是未来的重要发展方向.文章从超声辅助金刚石线锯复合切割技术的加工原理、加工质量和影响因素等方面概述了该技术的研究现状,并对未来需进一步研究的问题和发展方向进行了展望.
Abstract
High performance materials such as hard-brittle materials and composite materials are widely used in multiple fields,mainly using diamond wire sawing technology for cutting.In recent years,with the improvement of the cutting quality and efficiency requirements,ultrasonic assisted diamond wire saw combined cutting technology has gradually developed.The ultrasonic assisted diamond wire saw combined cutting technology improves cutting efficiency and machining surface quality,prolongs the service life of the diamond wire,and is an important development direction in the future.In this paper,the research status of ultrasonic assisted diamond wire saw combined machining technology is summarized from the processing principle,processing quality and influencing factors,and the future problems and development direction are prospected.
