摘要

文章首先分析了航空发动机压气机叶片磨抛工序的工艺特点及设备选型方案,然后提出了一种用于评价叶片磨抛工艺方案经济性的数学模型,综合成本、质量、效率等因素进行定量评价,为叶片加工制造企业进行设备选型提供了有效的思路.最后以某型叶片磨抛加工为例,对比了叶片四阵列砂轮磨抛与砂带磨抛 2 种工艺方案的利润率,采用四阵列砂轮磨抛方案的单位时间盈利约为数控砂带磨抛方案的 2 倍.

Abstract

Firstly,the characteristics and equipment selection scheme of aero-engine compressor blade grinding and polishing process are analyzed.Secondly,a mathematical model for evaluating the economy of blade grinding process scheme is proposed,which comprehensively evaluated the factors such as cost,quality and efficiency,providing an effective way for equipment selection of blade processing enter-prises.Finally,taking a type of blade grinding process as an example,the profit rates of four-array wheel grinding and belt grinding are compared,and the profit per unit time of four-array wheel grinding is about twice that of belt grinding.
