激光选区熔化设备定量上送粉装置的设计与研究

针对上送粉存在的卡粉、漏粉、送粉不均匀等问题,设计了一种激光选区熔化设备定量上送粉装置,介绍了该装置的组成和工作原理,优化设计了转辊送粉和搅粉结构,并对送粉量进行了实验测定.结果表明,该装置送粉稳定性好,其送粉波动值均在 5%以内,能满足激光选区熔化(selective laser melting,SLM)设备的设计要求,已成功应用于实际制造中.
Design and research on quantitative powder feed device for laser selective melting equipment
Aiming at the problems existed in the powder jamming,powder leakage and uneven powder feed in the upper powder feed,a quantitative powder feed device for laser selective melting equipment was designed.The composition and working principle of the device were introduced.The structures of rotary roller and stirring were optimized.Then the amount of powder was measured experimentally.The results show that the device had good powder feed stability,and the fluctuation value of powder feed was within 5%,which can meet the design requirements of selective laser melting(SLM)equipment.Now it had been successfully applied to the actual manufacturing.
