内力加载机构基于模型前馈的多电机同步控制方法

针对某圆筒形分体式构件对心加载的需求,设计了一种四电机驱动的内力加载机构,可向结构件施加超过15 000 N的总加载力,但实际加载过程中由于结构不对称等原因,易造成加载偏载,结构件之间发生相对移动,影响装配质量.为此,提出了一种基于模型前馈的比例-微分(PD)控制方法用于多电机的同步运动控制,建立了交流伺服电机的给定信号与角速度之间的动力学模型,基于该模型的目标速度设计了前馈补偿,以增强多电机同步控制时的响应速度.同时,设计了PD反馈控制参数,以提高同步控制的精度.试验结果表明,与传统的交叉耦合同步算比较,基于模型的PD同步控制算法同步误差减少了约40%,电机同步性得到了有效提高.
Multi motor synchronous control method based on model feedforward for internal force loading mechanism
A four-motor driven internal force loading mechanism was designed to meet the centric loading requirements of a cylindrical split-type component,which can apply a total loading force of over 15 000 N to the structural component.However,during the actual loading process,asymmetries in the structure can cause loading eccentricity,resulting in relative movement between the structural components and affecting the assembly quality.To address this issue,a PD control method is proposed based on model feedforward for synchronized motion control of multiple motors.The method establishes a dynamic model between the input signal and the angular velocity of an AC servo motor,and designs feedforward compensation based on the target speed from this model to enhance the response speed of synchronized operation control of multiple motors.Additionally,PD feedback control parameters are designed based on the model to achieve high-precision synchronized control.Experimental results indicate that compared to traditional cross-coupling synchronization algorithms,the PD synchronization control algorithm based on the model reduces synchronization errors by about 40%and effectively improves motor synchronization.
