清洁可持续切削及工艺参数多目标优化研究进展

面对地球资源的急剧减少和环境的不断恶化,实现绿色、可持续的生产已成为制造业发展的主旋律.在金属切削过程中采用清洁加工方式和最佳切削参数已成为必要.文章主要介绍国内外常用的清洁切削方式,分析加工过程中的碳排放和加工成本,总结国内外常用的切削参数多目标优化模型和算法,并结合当今绿色生产的局限性给出了未来发展方向.该研究可为清洁可持续切削方法的选用及工艺参数多目标优化提供理论和技术指导.
Research progress on clean sustainable cutting and multi-objective optimization of process parameters
In the face of the rapidly declining resources on the earth and the continuous worsening environment,the realization of green and sustainable production has become the main theme of today's manu-facturing development.It is necessary to use a clean processing method and the optimal cutting parameter.This paper mainly introduces the clean cutting method commonly used at home and abroad,and analyzes the carbon emissions and processing costs in the processing process.Then,the multi-target optimization model and algorithm commonly used at home and abroad are summarized.Finally,based on the limitation of current green production,the future development directions are proposed.This paper can provide theoretical and technical guidance for the selection of cleaning and sustainable cutting methods and multi-target optimization of process parameters.
