摘要

数字孪生概念的提出,为生产控制过程提供了新技术的应用方法.数字孪生建立后,保证其与物理实体的一致性对于高效使用数字孪生技术十分重要.文章将数字孪生技术应用于数控机床领域,建立数控机床数字孪生体后,为确定数控机床数字孪生体与实体的一致性,提出一种基于三角模糊数的改进网络层次分析方法先对其物理属性进行一致性分析,随后利用马氏距离针对其工作状态一致性进行分析研究,并使用实际案例证明方法可行性.

Abstract

The concept of digital twin provides the application method of new technology in the production control process.After the establishment of the digital twin,it is important to determine its consistency with the physical entity for the efficient use of the digital twin technology.In this paper,the digital twin technology is applied to the field of CNC machine tools.Firstly,an improved network hierarchical analysis method based on triangular fuzzy number is proposed to analyze the consistency of their physical properties.Then,the consistency between the digital twin of CNC machine tools is determined.Finally,analyze and study the consistency of their working state by using Mahalanobis distance.A practical case is used to prove the feasibility of the method.
