摘要

为深入研究裂纹-点蚀耦合作用对人字齿轮行星轮系时变啮合刚度的影响,提出一种具有裂纹-点蚀耦合作用影响下的人字齿轮行星轮系时变啮合刚度的计算模型,采用势能法和积分法进行求解.分别研究了内、外啮合副含裂纹-点蚀耦合故障对人字齿轮行星轮系的时变啮合刚度的影响.结果表明,行星轮系内、外啮合副的时变啮合刚度随着裂纹-点蚀耦合故障程度增加而减小;当裂纹影响区未超过点蚀影响区时,裂纹和点蚀故障共同影响时变啮合刚度;当裂纹影响区超过点蚀影响区时,时变啮合刚度的变化由裂纹故障主导,其值减小量最大;同时,外啮合相对内啮合对裂纹-点蚀耦合故障更敏感.研究结果为人字齿轮行星轮系的动态振动特性提供理论依据.

Abstract

In order to investigate the influence of crack-pitting coupling on the time-varying mesh stiffness(TVMS)of a herringbone gear planetary transmission system(HGPTS),a calculation model of the TVMS of HGPTS under the influence of crack-pitting coupling was proposed,which was solved by potential energy method and integral method.The effects of crack-pitting coupling faults on the TVMS of the internal and external meshing pairs in the HGPTS are investigated.The results demonstrate that the TVMS of both the internal and external meshing pair of the planetary gear system decreases as the degree of crack-pitting coupling fault increases.When the crack-influenced zone is smaller than the pitting-influenced zone,both crack and pitting faults jointly affect the TVMS.However,when the crack-influenced zone exceeds the pitting-influenced zone,the change in the TVMS is primarily dominated by the crack fault,resulting in the largest decrease in value.Furthermore,the external mesh is more sensitive to the crack-pitting coupling faults compared to the internal mesh.These results can provide a theoretical basis for understanding the dynamic vibration characteristics of HGPTS.
