针对RV减速器运转过程中存在的振动问题,目前主要针对摆线轮修形,很少考虑渐开线齿轮修形对RV减速器振动的影响.文章以RV-20E为研究对象,研究了渐开线齿轮和摆线轮修形对减速器振动特性的影响.在SolidWorks中分别建立了修形前、后的行星轮和摆线轮的参数化模型,共得到 5 组RV-20E减速器整机参数化模型.将模型导入Ansys中进行模态仿真,验证了RV减速器在正常工况下不会产生共振;然后将模型进行动力学仿真试验,以针齿壳为评价点、以该处振动信号时域图与频谱图为结果,分析RV减速器的振动响应,并通过试验验证了仿真结果的准确性.结果表明,在仅渐开线齿轮齿廓修形的情况下,RV减速器振动加速度均方根降低了 14.79%;在考虑两级修形后,RV减速器振动加速度均方根降低了 31.69%.
The influence of two-stage tooth profile modification on vibration of RV reducer
To address the vibration issues encountered during the operation of RV reducers,current research primarily focuses on cycloidal wheel modifications,with limited consideration of the impact that involute gear modifications have on RV reducer vibration.This study takes the RV-20E model as a subject to examine the influence of modifications on both involute gears and cycloidal wheels on the vibration characteristics of the reducer.Parametric models of pre-and post-modification planetary gears and cycloidal wheels were developed in Solidworks,resulting in a total of five complete parametric models of the RV-20E reducer.These models were then imported into Ansys for modal simulation to verify that resonance does not occur under normal operating conditions.Subsequently,dynamic simulations were conducted,using the pin gear housing as the evaluation point.The vibration response of the RV reducer was analyzed based on the time-domain and frequency-domain vibration signals at this point,and the simulation results were validated through experimental testing.The findings indicate that with involute gear profile modifications alone,the root mean square of the RV reducer's vibration acceleration was reduced by 14.79%.When both stages of modifications were considered,the root mean square of vibration acceleration decreased by 31.69%.
