微米级厚度金属箔杯突成形极限研究

304 不锈钢应用在某些精密零件上时往往需要将材料超薄化处理,因此研究超薄 304 不锈钢金属箔的成形性能十分有意义.以微米级厚度的 304 不锈钢金属箔为研究材料,研究摩擦因数、厚度异向系数及压边力对 30、60、100 μm这 3 种厚度试件的成形性能的影响.通过拉伸试验获取 3 种不同厚度试件的力学参数,再将所获得的力学参数输入LS-DYNA有限元软件进行仿真,用杯突试验验证仿真结果,两者具有一致性.通过有限元仿真研究试件成形性能的影响因素,结果表明摩擦因数越小、厚度异向系数越大,在一定范围内压边力越小试件成形性能越好.最后采用光刻法对超薄金属箔材料进行网格印制,并以 60 μm厚度的试件为例绘制成形极限图.
Study on forming limit of micrometer thickness metal foil cup process
The utilization of 304 stainless steel in certain precision components often necessitates meticulous treatment of the material to achieve ultra-thin dimensions.Consequently,exploring the forming behavior of ultra-thin 304 stainless steel metal foil holds significant importance.304 stainless steel foil with micron thickness is used as the research material to study the influence of friction coefficient,thickness anisotropy index and blank holder force on the forming performance of 30,60 and 100 μm thickness specimens.The mechanical parameters of three different thickness specimens are obtained by tensile test,and then the obtained mechanical parameters are input into LS-DYNA finite element software for simulation.The simulation results were verified by the cupping test,and the two were consistent.The influence factors of the forming performance of the specimen are studied by finite element simulation.The results show that the smaller the friction coefficient,the larger the thickness anisotropy index,and the smaller the blank holder force in a certain range,the better the forming performance of the specimen.Finally,the lithography method is used to print the grid of the ultra-thin metal foil material,and the forming limit diagram is drawn by taking the 60 μm thickness specimen as an example.
