Application of Chlorine Dioxide in Pulp Bleaching and Status of Domestic Preparation Technology
Pulp bleaching with ClO2 has advantages of a high yield,high brightness,high viscosity and low COD load in the bleaching effluent.As the high cost of imported chlorine dioxide preparation system has restricted the development of Chinas pulp ClO2 bleaching,the development of domestic large-scale chlorine dioxide preparation system with low equipment prices.has become an urgent task to promote the application of ClO2 bleaching.Through innovation and transformation,domestic preparation system is operating safely and stably with the standard products,and the electricity consumption and steam consumption drop significantly.
