造纸法再造烟叶对卷烟产品感官质量与烟气指标的影响研究

摘要
造纸法再造烟叶的技术已经相对成熟,国内外卷烟厂对造纸法再造烟叶的使用需求也在不断扩大.对此,简述了造纸法再造烟叶的特点和应用价值,分析了造纸法再造烟叶的生产工艺.为了解造纸法再造烟叶卷烟产品质量的差异性,选择4种造纸法再造烟叶制成卷烟样品,由评吸员对样品的香气特性、协调特性、烟气特性、口感特性等项目进行评价.之后采用同种造纸法再造烟叶以不同的比例掺配到卷烟产品中,根据相关测试标准测定不同添加量下卷烟产品的烟气指标变化.结果表明,该评价方法对造纸法再造烟叶卷烟产品感官质量的判定具有指导意义;随着再造烟叶使用比例的增加,卷烟中的焦油量、烟气烟碱量以及抽吸口数都呈逐步降低的趋势.
Abstract
The technology of paper-making reconstituted tobacco leaves has been relatively mature,and the demand of tobacco factories at home and abroad for reconstituted tobacco leaves is also expanding.In this paper,the characteristics and application value of reconstituted tobacco leaf by papermaking method were briefly introduced,and the production technology of reconstituted tobacco leaf by papermaking method was analyzed.In order to understand the difference of quality of tobacco products from papermaking regenerated tobacco leaves,tobacco samples made from four kinds of regenerated tobacco leaves were selected,and the aroma characteristics,coordination characteristics,smoke characteristics and taste characteristics of the samples were evaluated by the smoker.After that,the same papermaking method was used to mix reconstituted tobacco leaves into cigarette products in different proportions,and the changes of smoke indexes of cigarette products under different addition amounts were measured according to relevant test standards.The results showed that the evaluation method had guiding significance to the evaluation of sensory quality of reconstituted tobacco products.With the increase of the proportion of reconstituted tobacco leaves,the amount of coke,nicotine and the number of suction outlets in cigarette decreased gradually.
