基于造纸法的加热卷烟降温材料的制备及应用

摘要
针对热态香烟用PLA膜冷却功能材料在热态香烟冷却过程中的加工性较低,极易发生崩塌和粘结,堵塞空气流动通道等问题,为此,提出基于造纸法的加热卷烟降温材料的制备及应用.通过造纸法制备植物纤维/PLA复合材料,并将其用于热态香烟冷却过程中,制备具有抗崩塌特性的热态香烟冷却滤棒.研究发现,含植物纤维/聚乳酸比例为5∶5时吸热性能最好.随着植物纤维比例的不断提高,该复合材料的降温效果加强后削弱.当植物纤维/PLA纤维比例为4∶6时,该复合材料的平均温度降温效率为25.3℃,最高温度降温效果为29℃,这两个参数超过了当前常见的降温材料.基于此,植物纤维/PLA复合材料的冷却效果更好,由于冷凝作用,冷却材料对烟气主要成分的吸收能力高于聚乳酸薄膜冷却材料.
Abstract
In view of the low processability of PLA film cooling functional material used in hot cigarette cooling process,it is easy to collapse and bond,blocking air flow channels,etc.,so the preparation and application of heated cigarette cooling material based on paper making method was proposed.The plant fiber/PLA composite material was prepared by papermaking method and used in the cooling process of hot cigarettes to prepare the anti-collapse filter rod of hot cigarettes.It was found that the heat absorption performance was the best when the ratio of plant fiber to polylactic acid was 5∶5.With the increase of the proportion of plant fiber,the cooling effect of the composite was strengthened and then weakened.When the ratio of plant fiber/PLA fiber is 4∶6,the average temperature cooling efficiency of the composite is 25.3℃,and the maximum temperature cooling effect is 29℃,which exceeds the current common cooling materials.Based on this,the cooling effect of plant fiber/PLA composite material is better,and the absorption capacity of the cooling material to the main components of the flue gas is higher than that of the polylactic acid film cooling material due to condensation.
