摘要
制浆造纸企业是我国典型的排放大户,也是生态环境压力较大的企业之一.在国家"十二五"规划纲要中,提出要发展循环经济,这为制浆造纸企业转型升级、走可持续发展之路指明了方向.而制浆造纸企业循环经济价值流优化研究是实现企业经济效益和生态效益双赢的重要途径.在分析制浆造纸企业循环经济价值流的基础上,对其价值流进行了分类和分析.在此基础上,构建了基于生态效益最大化的制浆造纸企业循环经济价值流优化模型,并进行了实例研究.在不考虑环境成本的情况下,优化后的制浆造纸企业循环经济价值流比优化前增加,改善效果明显.研究成果可为我国流程型制浆造纸企业实现循环经济价值流优化提供理论支持和实践指导.
Abstract
Pulp and paper industry is a typical large emission in our country,but also one of the pressure on the ecological environment.In the outline of the Twelfth Five-Year Plan,it is proposed to develop circular economy,which points out the direction for the transformation and upgrading of pulp and paper enterprises to take the road of sustainable development.The optimization of value stream of circular economy in pulp and paper enterprises is an important way to realize both economic and ecological benefits.Based on the analysis of circular economy value stream of pulp and paper enterprises,this paper classifies and analyzes its value stream.On this basis,an optimization model of circular economy value stream for pulp and paper enterprises based on maximization of ecological benefits is constructed,and a case study is carried out.Without considering the environmental cost,the value flow of circular economy in the optimized pulp and paper enterprises is increased compared with that before optimization,and the improvement effect is obvious.The research results can provide theoretical support and practical guide for our country process pulp and paper industry to realize cyclic economy value stream optimization.
