摘要

建立并健全绿色供应链模式,有助于达到社会效益、环境效益、企业经济效益的系统优化,是造纸产业实现高质量、可持续发展的有效路径.简述了造纸产业绿色供应链的特征与构建绿色供应链的重要意义,从原料成本、信息共享、技术创新等方面探究了 目前造纸产业绿色供应链发展存在的主要问题,对此提出高质量发展背景下我国造纸产业绿色供应链模式优化措施及实施保障,主要在于加强绿色科技攻关,树立绿色营销观念,提升物流协同办公管理水平,做好人才、组织架构和资金等方面的保障等.

Abstract

The establishment and improvement of the green supply chain model is conducive to the systematic optimization of social benefits,environmental benefits and enterprise economic benefits,and is an effective path for the paper industry to achieve high-quality and sustainable development.This paper briefly describes the characteristics of green supply chain in papermaking industry and the significance of constructing green supply chain,explores the main problems existing in the development of green supply chain in papermaking industry from the aspects of raw material cost,information sharing and technological innovation,and puts forward the optimization measures and implementation guarantees of green supply chain model in China's papermaking industry under the background of high-quality development.It is mainly to strengthen green science and technology research,establish green marketing concepts,improve the level of logistics collaborative office management,and do a good job in personnel,organizational structure and funds.
