摘要

碳中和背景下,减少温室气体排放、实现绿色转型已成为我国造纸产业可持续发展的必经之路.对此,简述了碳中和的内涵和我国近年来的碳排放发展历程,分析了造纸产业经济绿色可循环发展面临的多种挑战.基于碳中和视角研究了中国造纸产业经济绿色可循环发展的现实基础与动力,提出创新绿色技术、调整能源结构、加强环境成本管理、优化清洁生产政策等造纸产业经济绿色可循环发展措施,以其为双碳目标下中国造纸产业经济的高质量发展提供参考.

Abstract

In the context of carbon neutrality,reducing greenhouse gas emissions and realizing green transformation have become the necessary way for sustainable development of China's paper industry.In this paper,the connotation of carbon neutrality and the development course of carbon emission in China in recent years are briefly described,and the challenges facing the economic green and recyclable development of paper industry are analyzed.Based on the perspective of carbon neutrality,this paper probes into the realistic basis and driving force of the green and recyclable economic development of China's paper industry,and proposes some measures for the green and recyclable economic development of the paper industry,such as innovating green technology,adjusting energy structure,strengthening environmental cost management,and optimizing cleaner production policies,in order to provide references for the high-quality economic development of China's paper industry under the dual-carbon goal.
