摘要

随着"双碳"政策的引导和轻化工行业的绿色低碳转型,轻化工程应用型人才的需求量持续增加,对高校轻化工程人才培养模式也提出了新要求.对此,简述了"双碳"战略实施对轻化工程人才需求的具体影响,探究了"双碳"背景下加强轻化工程人才培养的必要性,从教育理念、课程体系、师资团队和教学过程方面分析了高校轻化工程人才培养现状,针对所存在的问题提出基于"双碳"战略的轻化工程人才培养路径,可通过优化专业人才培养方案、改进专业课程体系、加强"双碳"领域师资队伍建设、革新校企联合培养模式等,并完善教学理念、资金、校园文化等人才培养保障条件,为国家实现"双碳"战略目标提供人才支撑.

Abstract

With the guidance of the"double carbon"policy and the green and low-carbon transformation of the light chemical industry,the demand for applied talents in light chemical engineering continues to increase,and new requirements are also put forward for the training mode of light chemical engineering talents in universities.In this regard,the specific impact of the implementation of"dual carbon"strategy on the demand for light engineering talents is briefly described,the necessity of strengthening the training of light engineering talents under the background of"dual carbon"is explored,and the current situation of the training of light engineering talents in colleges and universities is analyzed from the aspects of education concept,curriculum system,teacher team and teaching process.In view of the existing problems,the paper puts forward a talent training path for light chemical engineering based on the"dual carbon"strategy.It can optimize the professional talent training program,improve the professional curriculum system,strengthen the construction of the"dual carbon"teaching staff,innovate the school-enterprise joint training mode,and improve the teaching concept,funds,campus culture and other personnel training guarantee conditions.Provide talent support for the country to achieve the"double carbon"strategic goal.
