A system of UV-cured carboxyl-modified nanocellulose(TOCNF)/poly(ethylene glycol)diacrylate(PEGDA)immobilization was established for in situ embedding and immobilization of lipase. The optimal preparation conditions of 15 wt%PEGDA,1.0 wt%TOCNF,and 60 s UV curing time were investigated, and the immobilized lipase had a loading rate of 95.90%and an enzyme activity of 1970 U/g.The stability of the immobilized lipase was studied. The immobilized lipase exhibited an enzyme leakage rate of 3.10%and retained 89.91%relative activity after 20 days of storage for dried immobilized lipase and 84.76%relative activity after 8 repetitions of hydrolysis of butyl p-nitrophenol(pNPB)operation.
