摘要

为了测试接装纸透气度对卷烟烟气中不同化学成分的影响关系,设计影响分析实验.首先制备不同接装纸透气度的卷烟样品,在相关试剂和仪器的支持下,模拟卷烟燃吸过程,控制环境中的无关因素,分别利用液相色谱法、非分散红外线气体分析法对卷烟烟气中的尼古丁、苯并芘、烟焦油、一氧化碳等化学成分进行测定,在数据统计软件的支持下,得出测试结果.结果显示,与 0CU接装纸透气度相比,50CU、100CU、150CU和 200CU接装纸透气度卷烟烟气中尼古丁、苯并芘、烟焦油和芳香烃成分逐步增加,其中尼古丁成分在 200CU透气度时的成分含量提高了 75%,而一氧化碳成分含量存在明显下降趋势.由此可见,接装纸透气度对卷烟烟气中尼古丁、苯并芘、烟焦油和芳香烃化学成分具有正向影响作用,而对一氧化碳成分具有负向影响作用.

Abstract

In order to test the influence of air permeability on different chemical components in cigarette smoke,the influence analysis experiment was designed.Method:With the support of relevant reagents and instruments,the smoking process of cigarettes was simulated and irrelevant factors in the environment were controlled.The chemical components of nicotine,benzopyrene,tar and carbon monoxide in cigarette smoke were determined by liquid chromatography and non-dispersing infrared gas analysis,and the test results were obtained with the support of data statistical software.Results:Compared with 0CU paper,nicotine,benzopyrene,tar and aromatic hydrocarbons in 50CU,100CU,150CU and 200CU paper permeable cigarette smoke gradually increased,and nicotine content increased by 75%at 200CU paper permeable cigarette smoke,while carbon monoxide content decreased significantly.Conclusion:The air permeability of the paper has a positive effect on the chemical components of nicotine,benzopyrene,tar and aromatic hydrocarbons in cigarette smoke,but has a negative effect on carbon monoxide.
