摘要

面对节能减排的挑战,造纸产业正处于向绿色低碳转型的关键期.基于此,阐述"双碳"战略的核心意义,明确造纸行业走向绿色发展的迫切性,并从双碳战略的视角出发,分析了转型过程中企业可能面临的风险与挑战,着重构建了一套适用于现代造纸企业的绿色低碳发展策略框架.该框架涵盖绿色生产实践、碳资产管理与绿色经营等关键领域.为实现高效、可持续发展,建议采纳清洁生产技术,执行节能减排策略,加强对碳资产的管理,提升绿色物流效率,以及促进循环经济的发展等.

Abstract

In the face of the increasingly severe challenges of energy conservation and emission reduction,the paper industry is in a critical period of transformation to green and low-carbon.This paper aims to explain the core significance of the"dual carbon"strategy,clarify the urgency of the paper industry to green development,and from the perspective of dual carbon strategy,analyze the risks and challenges that enterprises may encounter in the transformation process.This paper focuses on constructing a set of green and low-carbon development strategy framework suitable for modern paper enterprises,which covers the key areas of green production practice,carbon asset management and green operation.In order to achieve efficient and sustainable development,the paper suggests adopting cleaner production technologies,implementing energy-saving and emission reduction strategies,strengthening carbon asset management,improving green logistics efficiency,and promoting the development of circular economy.
