The rapid development of information technology has promoted the digital transformation of manufacturing industry to become an industry consensus.Especially in the context of the Internet of Things,for paper enterprises,digital production management is not only the trend but also the key to enhance competitiveness.Through in-depth analysis of the current situation of the application of Internet of Things technology in paper enterprises,we can see the great potential of the Internet of Things in improving production efficiency and optimizing production processes.Therefore,this paper proposes a set of digital design and optimization strategies for the production system of paper enterprises,including but not limited to the optimization of production equipment,product research and development,and production planning.In the process of implementing these strategies,it is emphasized that the supporting role of information technology and the importance of corresponding technical training for employees to ensure that the digital management program can be efficiently implemented,so as to help paper enterprises improve the level of automation and intelligence,and move towards efficient production.
