摘要
造纸行业是我国的传统工业,也是我国重要的基础原材料产业之一,其生产过程中使用的木材、竹材等原材料多数来自于人工种植和采伐,导致造纸产业对自然生态系统有较强的依赖性,所以我国在造纸行业中积极推行循环经济模式,取得了较好的成效.但是由于我国造纸产业起步晚、基础薄弱、产能过剩、管理粗放等原因,导致行业整体发展水平较低,企业经营压力较大.但与国外先进国家相比,我国造纸行业还存在一些问题,如行业发展水平不高、原材料自给率不足、能源消耗大等.在双碳目标下,我国造纸行业应加快产业结构调整进程,加大研发力度、加强企业间合作、提高企业能源利用率、实施清洁生产、加速节能减排和提高能效等措施促进我国造纸产业实现可持续发展.
Abstract
The paper industry is the traditional industry,but also one of the important basic raw materials industries,the wood,bamboo and other raw materials used in the process of its production are mostly from the artificial planting and cutting,which lead to the paper industry has a strong dependence on the natural ecological system,so the paper industry actively carries out the cycle economic model,and has achieved good results.But because our paper industry start late,weak foundation,overproduction capacity,extensive management and other reasons,cause the industry whole development level is low,enterprise management pressure is greater.But compared with the foreign advanced countries,our paper industry still has some problems,such as the low level of industry development,the insufficient rate of raw materials,energy consumption,etc.Under the double carbon goal,Chinese paper industry should speed up the process of industrial structure adjustment,strengthen research and development,strengthen the cooperation between enterprises,improve the energy utilization rate of enterprises,implement cleaner production,accelerate energy saving and emission reduction and improve energy efficiency to promote the sustainable development of Chinese paper industry.
