In vigorously advocating green energy saving,low carbon environmental protection today,paper production and design is not only the pursuit of economic benefits,more is sustainable,environmental protection possibility.Wastepaper based art paper material is a kind of paper processed from waste newspaper,which has been widely used in many design fields.In this regard,this paper firstly introduces the wastepaper based art paper material,and expounds its unique application attributes of recreation,biodegradation and high adaptability,sorts out the processing technology of recycled paper and processing paper,and determines the paper forming process of wastepaper based art paper material.And according to the paper physical properties test standard design experiment,measurement and comparative analysis of waste paper based art paper material whiteness,tensile strength,folding resistance,water absorption and other properties.In order to open up a wider expression and application space for waste paper based art paper materials.
