摘要
制浆造纸企业纤维原料供应持续紧缺,如何拓宽原料来源渠道是造纸企业普遍关心的问题.为缓解造纸原料短缺的问题,采用柳树、美人梅、猕猴桃作为制浆造纸原料,分析三种木材原料的组分、纤维长度、宽度以及表面形态,解析纤维的红外结构、元素组成、结晶度、热稳定性.柳树、美人梅、猕猴桃纤维的长度范围分别为:0.1 mm~1.2 mm,0.1 mm~1.0 mm,0.1 mm~2.0 mm,平均宽度分别为 16.5 µm,15.7 µm,25.1 µm,长宽比分别为 27.2,30.6,35.9猕猴桃纤维的长度范围、宽度和长宽比均优于柳树和美人梅,具有造纸的潜力.通过硫酸盐法蒸煮实验发现柳树、美人梅、猕猴桃三种木材具有较高的制浆得率,纸张物理性能良好,能够满足生产质量的要求,可以替代部分现有的纤维原料,以减轻造纸工业对木材原料需求的压力,缓解制浆造纸原料短缺的问题.
Abstract
The supply of fiber raw materials in pulp and paper enterprises continues to be scarce,and how to expand the source channels of raw materials is a common concern for paper enterprises.To alleviate the shortage of papermaking raw materials,willow,plum,and kiwifruit are used as pulp and papermaking raw materials.The composition,fiber length,width,and surface morphology are analyzed from the three wood raw materials.The infrared structure,elemental composition,crystallinity,and thermal stability of the fibers are and analyzed.The length range of willow,beauty plum,and kiwifruit fibers are 0.1 mm-1.2 mm,0.1 mm-1.0 mm,and 0.1 mm-2.0 mm,respectively.The average width is 16.5 µ m,15.7 µ m,and 25.1 µ m,with aspect ratios of 27.2,30.6,and 35.9.Kiwifruit fibers have better length range,width,and aspect ratio than willow and beauty plum fibers,and have the potential for papermaking.Through the sulfate cooking experiment,it was found that willow,plum,and kiwifruit have high pulp yield,good physical properties of paper,and can meet the requirements of production quality.They can replace some existing fiber raw materials to alleviate the pressure of the papermaking industry on the demand for wood raw materials and alleviate the shortage of papermaking raw materials.
