摘要

造纸黑液是造纸废水的重要组成部分,同时也是造纸废水污染的主要元凶之一.对此,尝试通过对造纸黑液进行提纯,制备了一种专门用于温拌再生生物沥青的木质素乳化剂,针对该乳化剂应用于再生生物沥青混合料的路用性能进行了试验分析.结果表明:加入该乳化剂的温拌再生沥青混合料在低温、低压力环境下的劈裂强度一般,在25℃环境下的稳定性最优,抗疲劳性能较优,在 35%乳化剂掺量下的抗水害性能最优.

Abstract

Paper making black liquor is an important part of paper making wastewater,and it is also one of the main culprits of paper making wastewater pollution.In this paper,a kind of lignin emulsifier was prepared by purifying the black liquor of papermaking,and its road performance was tested and analyzed.The results show that the warm-mixed reclaimed asphalt mixture with the emulsifier has a general splitting strength at low temperature and low pressure,the stability is the best at 25℃,the fatigue resistance is better,and the water damage resistance is the best at 35%emulsifier content.
