摘要
面对国内卫生纸的市场需求和生产挑战,提出了一种新的螺旋挤压式高浓磨浆的工艺方案,对该磨浆系统进行设备构造设计和工艺流程设计,并通过实际生产应用数据,进一步验证了该系统工艺的可行性.该工艺能在保证成纸强度的前提下,显著节约长纤用量和浆料成本.
Abstract
Facing the market demand and production challenges of domestic tissue paper,this paper proposes a new screw press high-consistency refining process scheme,and the equipment layout and process design of the high-consistency refining system are carried out.Through the actual production application data,the feasibility of the system process is further verified.This process can significantly save the amount of long fiber and save the cost of pulp under the premise of ensuring the strength of the paper.
