摘要
造纸生产自动化生产线是指一种将制浆、造纸、碱回收等工段融为一体的现代化造纸工艺.尝试对传统造纸自动化生产线的缺陷进行总结,在传统造纸自动化生产线的基础上融入机器视觉等现代技术进行升级.结果显示:融入新技术的造纸自动化生产线在加工效率、加工精度等方面取得了明显进步,是一种有助于造纸自动化生产线数智化转型的尝试.
Abstract
The automatic production line of paper making refers to a modern papermaking process which integrates pulping,papermaking,alkali recovery and other sections.This paper attempts to summarize the defects of the traditional automatic paper production line,and upgrade the traditional automatic paper production line by integrating modern technology such as machine vision.The results show that the papermaking automatic production line integrated with the new technology has made obvious progress in the processing efficiency and processing accuracy,and is an attempt to help the digital intelligent transformation of papermaking automatic production line.
