摘要

为实现针对造纸机干燥部热力系统的自动化控制,维持溴化锂-水工质的稳定循环,采用PLC控制技术和以太网通信技术采集仪表运行信号和现场设备运行状态数据,进而建立起一套完整的热力控制系统,通过该系统对干燥部关键位置的阀门进行直接控制,进而对冷凝水流量和蒸发器压力实施间接控制.为验证该方案的可行性,针对造纸机热力控制系统进行仿真验证.经仿真测试发现,该控制系统能够实现饱和水流量和蒸发器压力的同步变化,最终实现了该方案对造纸机干燥部热力系统的精确控制.

Abstract

In order to achieve automatic control of the thermal system in the drying section of a paper machine and maintain the stable cycle of lithium bromide water working fluid,PLC control technology and Ethernet communication technology are used to collect instrument operation signals and on-site equipment operation status data.A complete thermal control system is established,which directly controls the valves at key positions in the drying section and indirectly controls the condensate flow rate and evaporator pressure.To verify the feasibility of the visit plan,a simulation verification was conducted on the thermal control system of a paper machine.Through simulation testing,it was found that the control system can achieve synchronous changes in saturated water flow rate and evaporator pressure,ultimately achieving precise control of the thermal system in the drying section of the paper machine.
