摘要
在现代制造业环境中,为了提高生产效率、降低维护成本以及促进环境可持续性,远程监测系统已经成为不可或缺的工具.为此,深入探讨了大数据技术在制造业中的应用,以及如何将其应用于造纸机械设备的远程监测,综合分析了大数据在造纸机械设备监测中的优势、系统设计以及模型训练,以期不断提升远程监测系统的性能和适用性.
Abstract
In the modern manufacturing environment,in order to improve production efficiency,reduce maintenance costs and promote environmental sustainability,remote monitoring systems have become an indispensable tool.In this article,we delve into the application of big data technology in manufacturing and how it can be applied to remote monitoring of paper machinery and equipment.The advantages of big data in paper machinery equipment monitoring,system design and model training are comprehensively analyzed,which can continuously improve the performance and applicability of remote monitoring system.
