摘要

为降低造纸机干燥部在运行过程中的能量消耗,节约造纸企业的生产成本,采集造纸机干燥部运行状态数据并通过调整异常值、滤波分析等手段对数据进行预处理.在此基础上,对预处理数据进行单变量分析,进而提取出与目标变量相关的特征变量,并采用随机森林法建立造纸机能耗优化模型.为验证造纸机能耗优化模型的实用性,为该模型建立了一套基于数据库和服务器技术的干燥部能耗优化系统,展示了该系统的客户端操作界面设计效果.根据系统显示的分析结果可知,造纸机能耗优化模型能够有效降低造纸企业的吨纸消耗成本.

Abstract

In order to reduce the energy consumption of the dryer section of the paper machine in the process of operation,save the production cost of the paper making enterprise.The data of the running status of the dryer section of the paper machine were collected in research and preprocessed by adjusting the outliers,filtering and analysis.On this basis,univariate analysis was carried out on the preprocessed data,and then the characteristic variables related to the target variables were extracted,and the random forest method was used to establish the energy consumption optimization model of the paper machine.In order to verify the practicability of the paper machine energy consumption optimization model,a drying section energy consumption optimization system based on database and server technology was established for the model,and the design effect of the client-side operation interface of the system was demonstrated.According to the analysis results displayed by the system,it can be seen that the energy consumption optimization model of paper machine can effectively reduce the cost of paper consumption per ton of paper in paper enterprises.
