摘要
造纸行业不但促进了文化发展,还为国家的经济发展贡献了力量.但是造纸过程中产生的废水污水对环境构成了很大的威胁,造纸污水的处理是不容忽视的问题.目前造纸污水的处理主要还是依靠人力,自动化系统协助水平较低.将PLC自动化控制系统合理运用于造纸污水的处理中,科学高效处理污水,可达到可持续发展的目的,提高生产效率.基于此,从污水源头及污水处理的难点分析,结合PLC自动化控制系统特点,从控制方式、通讯网络、软件以及整个系统多层次分析,提出了一种基于自动化处理污水的PLC系统设计方案,期望能为高效处理造纸污水提供借鉴.
Abstract
The paper industry not only promotes cultural development,but also contributes to the economic development of the country.However,the wastewater produced in the papermaking process poses a great threat to the environment,and the treatment of papermaking wastewater is a problem that cannot be ignored.At present,the treatment of papermaking wastewater mainly relies on manpower,and the level of assistance from automated systems is low.The PLC automatic control system is rationally used in the treatment of papermaking sewage,and the scientific and efficient treatment of sewage can achieve the purpose of sustainable development and improve production efficiency.Based on this,from the source of sewage and sewage treatment difficulties analysis,combined with the characteristics of PLC automatic control system,from the control mode,communication network,software and the whole system multi-level analysis,put forward a PLC system design scheme based on automatic sewage treatment,hoping to provide reference for efficient treatment of papermaking sewage.
