双碳视角下造纸行业面临环保新形势及污染整治研究

摘要
双碳是碳中和与碳达峰的简称,是当今全球范围内重点关注的环保理论.双碳视角下的造纸产业污染整治思路有别于以往,以双碳为主要抓手,对当前我国造纸行业面临的环保新形势进行总结,认为在双碳理念视角下我国的造纸行业既存在挑战同时也存在机遇,针对我国造纸行业面临的环保新形势提出了针对性的污染政治策略,包括以集群式发展代替独立性企业,持续开展能源结构调整,开发环保性更强的造纸工艺,积极参与林业碳汇等.
Abstract
Double carbon is the abbreviation of carbon neutral and carbon peak,which is the focus of environmental protection theory in the world today.The paper takes dual carbon as the main starting point to summarize the current environmental protection situation facing the paper industry in China.It is believed that there are both challenges and opportunities in the paper industry in China under the perspective of dual carbon concept,and puts forward targeted pollution political strategies for the new environmental protection situation facing the paper industry in China.It includes replacing independent enterprises with cluster development,continuing to adjust the energy structure,developing more environmentally friendly papermaking processes,and actively participating in forestry carbon sequestration.
