摘要

实验以自制芳纶Ⅲ纸和聚酰亚胺树脂为原料,制备不同上胶量的芳纶Ⅲ纸蜂窝格壁材料,并制备芳纶Ⅲ纸蜂窝.实验结果表明,芳纶Ⅲ纸的拉伸强度、弹性模量和断裂伸长率均随着树脂上胶量的增加先上升后下降,撕裂度随着上胶量的增加先大幅度下降后缓慢上升,综合力学性能在上胶量为 29.80%时达到最优,其中拉伸强度为 102.7 MPa,弹性模量为 6736 MPa,断裂伸长率为 1.78%.芳纶Ⅲ纸蜂窝经过异面压缩破坏后,蜂窝结构的正六边形孔格发生了较小程度的变形,孔格壁产生较小幅度的形变和脱胶现象,表面胶层发生开裂.芳纶Ⅲ纸蜂窝的异面压缩强度实测值与塑性坍塌计算模型所得的理论值对应性较好.

Abstract

In this experiment,aramid Ⅲ paper honeycomb lattice materials with different gelinization amounts were prepared using self-made aramid Ⅲ paper and polyimide resin as raw materials,and aramid Ⅲ paper honeycomb was prepared.The experimental results show that the tensile strength,elastic modulus and elongation at break of aramid Ⅲ paper first increase and then decrease with the increase of the amount of resin glued,and the tear degree first decreases sharply and then slowly increases with the increase of the amount of glue,and the comprehensive mechanical properties reach the best when the amount of glue is 29.80%,of which the tensile strength is 102.7 MPa,the elastic modulus is 6736 MPa,and the elongation at break is 1.78%.After the heterogeneous compression and failure of aramid Ⅲ paper honeycomb,the regular hexagonal hole grid of the honeycomb structure underwent a small degree of deformation,and the wall of the cell produced a small amplitude of deformation and degumming,and the surface adhesive layer cracked.The measured values of the heterofacial compressive strength of aramid Ⅲ paper honeycomb correspond well to the theoretical values obtained by the plastic collapse calculation model.
