摘要

纸尿裤产品开发和质量安全监控中,迫切需要开发一种准确的预测方法来快速评估纸尿裤的吸水性能.然而,纸尿裤的吸水性能受时间、pH、温度和盐浓度等因素的影响.为此,基于先前建立的二阶导数吸水动力学方程,结合溶液pH、温度和离子浓度的影响规律,建立了一种新的半经验模型来预测纸尿裤的吸水性能.结果表明,该模型能较好地预测纸尿裤在不同条件下的吸水率,其实际吸水率与预测吸水率的相对差异在4.5%以内.因此,该模型可为纸尿裤的质量控制提供良好的科学指导.

Abstract

In the product development and quality safety monitoring of diapers,it is urgent to develop an accurate prediction method to quickly evaluate the water absorption performance of diapers.However,the water absorption performance of diapers is affected by factors such as time,pH,temperature and salt concentration.In this study,a new semi-empirical model was established to predict the water absorption performance of nappies based on the previously established second-order derivative water absorption kinetic equation and the influence laws of pH,temperature and ion concentration of solution.The results show that the model can predict the water absorption of nappies under different conditions,and the relative difference between the actual water absorption and the predicted water absorption is less than 4.5%.Therefore,the model can provide good scientific guidance for the quality control of nappies.
