摘要

研究了吊丝竹、梁山慈、四川硬头黄、粉单竹和斜杆思劳竹的纤维形态和化学组成,发现在纤维形态上几种竹子的重量加权长度都大于 1.5 mm,纤维长宽比在 90~160 之间,纤维细胞狭长,是优良的造纸原料.对比化学组成,梁山慈的综纤维素含量最高(64.70%),抽出物(4.35%)、灰分(1.23%)含量较低.进而研究了NaOH-戊醇两相预处理对梁山慈竹分离得到的半纤维素和木质素的化学结构和性质的影响,发现预处理得率、纤维素保留率随着温度上升而下降,半纤维素和木质素脱除率随温度上升而提高.分离的木质素和半纤维素分子量较高,半纤维素主要为阿拉伯木聚糖,含有 4-O-甲基葡萄糖醛酸,木质素为典型的竹材HGS型木质素.

Abstract

The chemical composition and fiber morphology of five wild bamboos,including Dendrocalamus minor,Dendrocalamus farinosus,Bambusa rigida,Bambusa chungii,and Schizostachyum funghomii were analyzed.The fiber morphology of different kind of bamboos were narrow and elongated,mass-weighted lengths of five kinds of bamboo were greater than 1.5mm and fiber length-width ratios were between 90 and 160,indicating a good pulping and papermaking potential.The results revealed that the holocellulose content in Dendrocalamus farinosus was as high as 64.7%,and the contents of extractive and ash were 4.35%and 1.23%,respectively,which were lower than other bamboo raw materials.The hemicellulose and lignin were then isolated from the Dendrocalamus farinosus by NaOH pentanol biphasic pretreatment,the pretreatment yield and cellulose retention rate decreased with increasing temperature,while the hemicellulose and lignin removal rate increased as the temperature increasing.The molecular weights of isolated hemicellulose and lignin are high,and the FT-IR spectra indicated that lignin is HGS type and hemicellulose is mainly composed of arabinoxylan that containing 4-O-methylglucuronic acid group.
