摘要

织物毡是现代造纸生产线中用于纸张成型、输送、平整的重要耗材,其综合性能受热定型处理工艺影响较大.以实验形式结合模糊评价算法总结了温度、时间、含水率等对织物毡综合性能的影响.结果表明:未采用热定型处理工艺的织物毡在透气性和滤水性方面优于采用热定型处理的织物毡,但织物毡的压缩回弹性明显不佳;一般织物毡的最佳热定型处理温度约为 237℃,最佳热定型时间为正面 60 s、反面 30 s,最佳含水率约 30%.

Abstract

Fabric felt is an important consumable for paper forming,conveying and leveling in modern paper production line,and its comprehensive performance is greatly affected by heat setting treatment process.The effects of temperature,time and moisture content on the comprehensive properties of fabric felt are summarized in the form of experiment and fuzzy evaluation algorithm.The results show that the fabric felt without heat setting treatment is better than the fabric felt with heat setting treatment in terms of air permeability and water filtration,but the compression resilience of fabric felt is obviously poor.The best heat setting treatment temperature of general fabric felt is about 237℃,the best heat setting time is 60s on the front,30s on the back,and the best moisture content is about 30%.
