摘要
针对造纸园区使用的发电机电磁噪声数值计算理论基础、技术路线等进行总结,基于联合仿真法对发电机模态、电磁振动及电磁噪声进行分析,建立了一种基于联合仿真的造纸园区发电机电磁振动噪声数值计算模型,并对该模型的计算精度、效率等进行验证.结果表明:这种计算模型在计算精度方面能够高度接近实际测试结果且计算过程极为直观,具有较强的实用性.
Abstract
This paper summarizes the theoretical basis and technical route of numerical calculation of electromagnetic noise of generators used in papermaking park,analyzes the modes,electromagnetic vibration and electromagnetic noise of generators based on the co-simulation method,concludes a numerical calculation model of electromagnetic vibration noise of generators in papermaking park based on co-simulation,and verifies the calculation accuracy and efficiency of the model.The results show that the calculation accuracy of this model is close to the actual test results and the calculation process is very intuitive,which has strong practicability.
