摘要

在低碳背景下,造纸业已经全面开展低碳生产,在计算机控制系统的辅助下,可以实现造纸配浆数据的实时采集、记录和分析大量的生产数据.通过对这些数据的统计和分析,系统可以为管理者提供准确的数据指导和决策支持.同时造纸配浆计算机控制系统还可以识别潜在的问题和改进点,优化生产流程,并帮助管理者制订更科学的生产计划和策略.基于此,在分析低碳背景下的造纸配浆环保问题以及节能技术基础上,介绍了造纸配浆计算机控制节能系统,以期有效提升造纸配浆的经济和环境价值.

Abstract

Under the background of low carbon,the paper industry has carried out low-carbon production in an all-round way.With the aid of computer control system,it can realize the real-time collection,recording and analysis of a large number of production data.Through the statistics and analysis of these data,the system can provide managers with accurate data guidance and decision support.At the same time,the computer control system can also identify potential problems and improvement points,optimize the production process,and formulate more scientific production plans and strategies.In this paper,based on the analysis of environmental problems and energy saving technology in the background of low carbon,the paper pulp computer control energy saving system is introduced,which can effectively improve the economic and environmental value of paper pulp.
