超厚纸张表面缺陷智能化图像处理与识别系统设计研究

摘要
设计一套智能化图像处理与识别系统,用于超厚纸张表面缺陷的检测,以解决传统超厚纸检测成本高、效率低、错误率高、精度低等问题.通过综合分析图像处理技术在超厚纸张表面缺陷检测中的可行性,从图像处理技术流程、应用可行性和系统设计等角度展开讨论,提出基于机器视觉的超厚纸张表面缺陷检测系统设计方案,包括整体设计、硬件环境和软件平台的选择与搭建,期望该系统能够高效、准确地检测超厚纸张表面的各类缺陷,提高超厚纸张生产质量和效率.
Abstract
This study aims to design an intelligent image processing and recognition system for detecting surface defects in extra-thick paper,addressing the high cost,low efficiency,high error rate,and low accuracy of traditional extra-thick paper inspection methods.The paper discusses the feasibility of image processing technology for detecting surface defects in extra-thick paper from the perspectives of image processing technology workflow,application feasibility,and system design.It proposes a design for a machine vision-based system for detecting surface defects in extra-thick paper,including overall design,selection and setup of hardware environment,and software platform.The system is expected to efficiently and accurately detect various types of defects on the surface of extra-thick paper,enhancing the production quality and efficiency of extra-thick paper.
