摘要
随着经济的快速发展,人们对生活质量要求越来越高,绿色环保理念也逐渐深入人心.本文从我国绿色经济的发展现状出发,研究了我国造纸行业绿色经济高质量发展的路径,并对其经济效益进行分析.通过数据对比、实地调研等方法总结出影响绿色产业结构调整与升级的因素.在此基础上,提出要推动我国造纸行业绿色经济高质量发展,推动造纸企业节能减排工作开展是当前重要课题之一,即要着力提高环保技术水平及创新能力,同时切实加大环境保护执法力度,以达到有效实施环境监管和控制污染问题的目的.
Abstract
Based on the current situation of China's green economy development,this paper studies that China's paper industry has made certain progress in recent years in society and ecology,and analyzes its economic benefits.The factors affecting the adjustment and upgrading of green industry structure are summarized through data comparison and field investigation.On this basis,it is proposed to promote the high-quality development of the green economy of China's paper industry,and promote the energy conservation and emission reduction work of paper enterprises is one of the current important issues,that is,to focus on improving the level of environmental protection technology and innovation ability,and effectively strengthen the law enforcement of environmental protection,in order to achieve the effective implementation of environmental supervision and pollution control purposes.
