摘要
随着全球经济向绿色转型的步伐加快,经济发展与环境保护的协同进步成为时代命题.在此背景下,我国传统的制浆造纸行业面临转型升级的迫切需求,以实现可持续发展的目标.基于此,阐释绿色经济的核心理念,并探讨其对当代经济发展的重大意义.首先,剖析制浆造纸行业在绿色经济大潮中所面临的机遇与挑战,诸如绿色发展观念的缺乏、能源资源使用的不合理以及绿色政策体系的不健全等问题;其次,提出了一系列针对性的发展策略,包括加强技术革新、调整产业结构、政府政策引导及完善相关制度机制等,旨在为制浆造纸行业的绿色化转型与高质量发展指明方向.
Abstract
With the acceleration of the global economic transition to green,the coordinated progress of economic development and environmental protection has become a proposition of The Times.In this context,China's traditional pulp and paper industry faces an urgent need for transformation and upgrading to meet the goal of sustainable development.This paper aims to explain the core concept of green economy and explore its significance for contemporary economic development.Further,this paper will analyze the opportunities and challenges encountered by the pulp and paper industry in the tide of green economy,such as the lack of green development concept,the unreasonable use of energy resources and the imperfect green policy system.In view of this,a series of targeted development strategies are proposed,including strengthening technological innovation,adjusting industrial structure,government policy guidance and improving relevant institutional mechanisms,aiming to point out the direction for the green transformation and high-quality development of the pulp and paper industry.
