摘要

党的十九大报告指出高质量就业是解决我国当前新形势下社会主要矛盾的必然要求.这对轻工业专业应用型人才培养模式提出了新的要求,当代化工专业教学模式亟待改革.以往的教学方法、教学手段应用并不能取得优良的成果,各项教学工作的开展没有给出较多的依据,造成的问题和漏洞较多.在培养应用型化工专业人才时,教师要从新的视角进行思考,构建应用型人才培养模式的课程体系,加强对教学方式的全面调整,提升学生的实际应用能力,使学生在学习与思考中获得更多的领悟,减轻学生的学业负担,使他们在发展中获得更多的发展空间,更好地满足国内外行业对人才的要求.

Abstract

The report of the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China pointed out that high-quality employment is an inevitable requirement to solve the main social contradictions in the current new situation in our country,which put forward new content for the training mode of professional applied talents in light industry.The contemporary teaching mode of chemical engineering is in urgent need of reform.The previous teaching methods and teaching means can not get good results.The development of various teaching work has not given more basis,resulting in more problems and loopholes.When cultivating application-oriented chemical professionals,it is necessary to think from a new perspective,build a curriculum system of application-oriented personnel training mode,strengthen the overall adjustment of teaching methods,improve students'practical application ability,so that students can gain more understanding in learning and thinking,reduce their academic burden,and obtain more development space in the development of students.To better meet the requirements of domestic and foreign industries for talents.
