摘要

为分析碱性环境对植物纤维隧道工程水泥砂浆性能的影响,在实验室环境下对隧道工程用植物纤维水泥砂浆进行碱性降解处理,通过构造碱性环境测试了植物纤维水泥砂浆体积密度、吸水率、抗压强度等随时间变化而变化的基本规律.结果表明:与一般的隧道工程水泥砂浆相比,添加了植物纤维的水泥砂浆在体积密度、吸水率、抗压强度等方面受碱性环境的影响更为明显,当植物纤维水泥砂浆中水泥、砂、水、植物纤维的配合比为1000:4030:750:12 时综合性能最佳.

Abstract

In order to analyze the effect of alkaline environment on the performance of plant fiber tunnel engineering cement mortar,plant fiber cement mortar used in tunnel engineering was subjected to alkaline degradation treatment in laboratory environment.The basic law of the change of bulk density,water absorption rate and compressive strength of fabric fiber cement mortar with time was tested by constructing alkaline environment.The results show that compared with the ordinary tunnel cement mortar,the cement mortar with plant fiber is more affected by alkaline environment in terms of bulk density,water absorption and compressive strength.The comprehensive performance of the cement mortar with plant fiber is the best when the mix ratio of cement,sand,water and plant fiber is 1000:4030:750:12.
