摘要

造纸工业作为传统重工业之一,其能耗和排放问题日益受到社会各界的关注.造纸机的真空系统作为造纸过程中的关键环节,其能耗占据了整个造纸过程的相当一部分.因此,在低碳背景下,对造纸机真空系统进行节能降耗的优化设计显得尤为重要.基于此,在分析造纸机真空系统的组成以及工作原理的基础上,介绍造纸机真空系统节能降耗技术以及系统优化设计,以期提高造纸生产效率,降低生产成本,提升企业竞争力.

Abstract

Paper industry as one of the traditional heavy industries,its energy consumption and emission problems are increasingly concerned by the community.The vacuum system of the paper machine is the key link in the papermaking process,and its energy consumption occupies a considerable part of the whole papermaking process.Therefore,under the background of low carbon,it is particularly important to optimize the design of the vacuum system of paper machine for energy saving and consumption reduction.Based on the analysis of the composition and working principle of the vacuum system of paper machine,this paper introduces the energy-saving technology and system optimization design of the vacuum system of paper machine,which can improve the production efficiency,reduce the production cost and enhance the competitiveness of enterprises.
