摘要

为了提高造纸精度和产品质量,要求设计基于单片机的造纸纸浆液位控制系统.首先,对系统的架构进行分析,可以实时监测液位的高度,记录电机启动后状态,实现系统通信.之后,对系统硬件进行设计,主要包括各种电路和传感器的设计,方便系统运行,在单片机中传输命令.单片机在接收处理命令之后能够报警,从而控制设备动作.在对软件设计后实现系统测试,通过测试结果表示设计系统能够宝恒纸浆液位控制的精准度和稳定性,满足实际需求.

Abstract

In order to improve the precision and product quality of paper making,it is required to design a paper pulp level control system based on single chip microcomputer.First of all,the architecture of the system is analyzed,which can monitor the height of the liquid level in real time,record the state after the motor is started,and realize the system communication.After that,the hardware of the system is designed,including the design of various circuits and sensors to facilitate the system operation and transmit commands in the single chip computer.The single chip microcomputer can alarm after receiving the processing command,so as to control the device action.After the software design,the system is tested.The test results show that the designed system can achieve the accuracy and stability of pulp level control and meet the actual needs.
