摘要

收卷部纸幅张力与造纸质量之间存在决定关系.为保证高速造纸机的造纸质量,提出基于PID的高速造纸机收卷部纸幅张力智能控制方法.模拟高速造纸机收卷部工作过程,在静止和动态状态下,智能检测高速造纸机收卷部实时纸幅张力,确定高速造纸机收卷部电机参数与纸幅张力之间的关系,利用PID算法计算纸幅张力控制量,将其转换为收卷部电机控制量,生成收卷部纸幅张力控制指令,实现高速造纸机收卷部的纸幅张力智能控制.通过效果测试得出结论:综合考虑理想和干扰两种工况,与传统方法相比,优化设计方法控制下,收卷部纸幅张力的控制误差降低了 3.22N.

Abstract

There is a determining relationship between the web tension of the winding section and the quality of papermaking.In order to ensure the papermaking quality of high-speed papermaking machines,a PID based intelligent control method for the web tension of the winding section of high-speed papermaking machines is proposed.Simulate the working process of the winding section of a high-speed paper machine,intelligently detect the real-time web tension of the winding section of the high-speed paper machine in both static and dynamic states,determine the relationship between the motor parameters of the winding section of the high-speed paper machine and the web tension,use PID algorithm to calculate the web tension control quantity,convert it into the control quantity of the winding section motor,generate the web tension control command of the winding section,and achieve intelligent control of the web tension of the winding section of the high-speed paper machine.Through effectiveness testing experiments,it was concluded that,considering both ideal and interference conditions,compared with traditional methods,the control error of the web tension in the winding section was reduced by 3.22N under the control of the optimized design method.
